1. Agreement
By accessing or using WPPaza (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service connects to WordPress sites you control over SFTP/SSH and lets you propose, preview, apply and roll back changes to theme files using AI assistance. You are responsible for the sites and credentials you connect.
3. Your responsibilities
You must only connect sites you are authorized to modify. You are responsible for reviewing each proposed change before applying it. While we create automatic backups, you remain responsible for maintaining your own independent backups.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
